Mixing printing techniques experimenting with layering screenprints and cyanotype. The imagery is taken from drawings and photographs taken on-site at Sycamore Gap in Northumberland. Here I wanted to explore the element of community and incorperate recording of the space before the felling of the sycamore tree. The work explores a contrast of site now, shown through cyanotype prints, and a visual representation of the community that was affected after its removal in vivid colour.
